danman31
Brady Shoemaker won the HR Derby. He beat C.J. Retheford in the final. Unsurprisingly Retherford is beating the crap out of the California League.
flavum
Ravelo got HBP and came out. Fun All-Star Game.
caulfield12
Long awaited Mitch Mustain (1 IP, 0 runs), Barnum (0 for 2) and DiMichele sightings for Bristol. Dickie Thon's son is playing for the other team. Raul Mondesi, Jr. on another team. GETING OLD. Meanwhile, Micah Johnson (2B speedster, IU) started off well for Great Falls. Whenever I see the name Almonte (AA All-Star game), it makes me think of that kid from NYC who lied about his age for the Little League World Series...I think his name was Danny (not Denny). danman31
Royse got roughed up, but had nice K and BB numbers. I didn't really care for the pick in the first place, but the injury and missed time really crushed his chances.
Jake
Time to call Mustain up to the big show.
JPN366
QUOTE (danman31 @ Jun 19, 2012 -> 05:39 PM) Brady Shoemaker won the HR Derby. He beat C.J. Retheford in the final. Unsurprisingly Retherford is beating the crap out of the California League. Kinda surprised they haven't moved him up to Chattanooga. southsider2k5
Not bad for the Sox all-stars... 1-2 for Mitchell and a scoreless inning with a K for Kassumaul
