Unlike their soccer counterparts, the women's hoops team had no troubles with Canada and is easily through to the semis.

Unlike their soccer counterparts, the women's hoops team won with nobody watching and little fanfare because women's basketball sucks.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Alex Morgan talk is out of hand. She's dating a guy on the Seattle Sounders and has been for a few years. He's lucky.

The fact she has a real life boyfriend does nothing to my fantasies.

Douglas got 7th & 8th (out of 8) in the two individual events so far. Someone was having too much fun in the Village after winning two golds

Womens 100m hurdles is today/tonight. All the talk is about LoLo, but the other two Americans have been better, and the favorite is the Australian Pearson

1. Pearson (Australia)

2. Harper (USA)

3. Wells (USA)

4. LoLo (USA)

My new hero is the Russian high-jumper from yesterday; the big crazy b@st@rd!

Lost his top an' all half way through, had to chuck on some aul' t-shirt to do one of his jumps before they could get a replacement.

He was seriously rock 'n' roll. :headbang :headbang

Russia over Lithuania and Spain over France in Men's Hoops Quarterfinals.

The 4th quarter of that Spain/France game was awful. France scored 6 points in the quarter! Neither team deserves a medal after that s*** show.
