ptatc
QUOTE (Soxfest @ Mar 8, 2013 -> 02:01 PM) Rose has no issues on the 15th and 30th of the month..................Rose needs to play If cleared! He's probably still getting worker's compensation. Although since he was cleared to play he may not be. It would be up to the case manager. IlliniKrush
It's pretty clear the Bulls are done playing games here and this puts the pressure on him. Not only is he cleared to play, more importantly doctors are saying he NEEDS to play to get back to full-strength at some point. It's the only thing that's missing from the rehab. It's the next step. So...get out there. In theory, if DRose says he's not coming back until he feels like THE DRose again, he'll never actually suit up in an NBA game again. Harry Chappas
Is it just me or is this Rose injury thing really getting strange. They are not going to beat the Heat, nobody is. So is he just quitting until maybe they can in a couple of years. When LeBron agreed to go to South Beach all hopes for other teams died.

thxfrthmmrs
I dont know how it feels to be walking and playing after an ACL surgery, but it just seems like Rose is not used to handling this type of pain. Kind of like how he infamously ran from the doctors trying to stitch up his cut a few years ago in the NCAA tourney. Mentally, he's not able to get over that type of damage to his body. They're the 90's Knicks/Pacers. Of course they can compete. Actually winning 4 times is a completely different story.

Balta1701
QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Mar 10, 2013 -> 03:09 AM) They're the 90's Knicks/Pacers. Of course they can compete. Actually winning 4 times is a completely different story. If they went into that series now, they'd have Noah and Boozer both healthier and playing better, but they'd be missing Asik and Korver. Bellini and, god forbid, Hamilton, could make a solid improvement on the backcourt, and Butler would definitely leave us stronger everywhere except backup C coming off the bench. They could make a series of it, if Rose was where he was 2 years ago.
