I'm usually one to make bold negative predictions, but not this time!!:

 

Quintana dominates. Not just cause he's a solid pitcher, just for the stories that will come from it alone. He's gonna be pitching with a chip on his shoulder. The Sox rock the rookie. Get some.

This worries me.

I was going to mention that Quintana should have a good chance given all the lefties the Yankees have in their lineup, but I checked the Yankees splits and their OPS vs HLP is only 12 points worse than vs RHP.

Yeah, I know. He did kill a few to the outfield, so I'm not too worried.

 

But I would have rather he stay at 2, move Youkilis to 6 or 7, and have AJ and Alexei batting 8th and 9th.
