That first pitch to Encarcion had the ENTIRE plate and Hawk or Stony didn't say a thing about it. Pitch FX even confirmed it for me on MLB.TV. C'mon guys step up your game.

 

On another note, not an encouraging inning out of Floyd despite him getting out scot free. A lot of hangers and very hittable pitches IMO.

Probably the biggest reason he's hitting almost .80 points better against RHP this year.

So Adam Dunn hit Romero, but Paulie and Rios could not.

Same thing they did most of last night. Thankfully Toronto's defense handed us that game.
