Jim Fainter
My crack research staff looked up the stats on the kids we traded. Rupe: 4-0; 2.00 ERA; 5 games; 27 inn; 23 hits; 23 K's. A ball Ring: 2-0; 2.20 ERA; 13 games; 16 inn; 11 hits; 14 K's. AA Dunn: 0-0; 2.70 ERA; 2 games; 3 inn; 1 hit; 4 K's AAA Bittner:2-0; 0.00 ERA; 3 games; 15 inn; 6 hits; 15 K's. A Ouch. Both Francisco and Webster are struggling.

danman31
It's early, maybe they are in different leagues and the hitters haven't adjusted yet. I won't say KW traded away guys he shouldn't have until these guys do something in the majors. Shutting out guys in A ball looks good, but ultimately if they don't make the majors they are worthless prospects.
winninguglyin83
we knew Ring was very good. we fear Rupe will really be the one that comes back to burn us
