CubKilla
Just wondering..... I know there was a Boooooce Springsteen Concert on Wednesday at USCF, but as I drove by the home of the Chicago White Sox today, August 16, 2003, at approximately 9:30 AM, the parking lot signs..... particularly the Lot G signs West of the RR tracks and USCF proper, the sign now reads that Parking costs TWENTY-MOTHERf***ING-DOLLARS! I truly and sincerely hope that JR's greed got the best of him like it always does and he raised parking at the USCF lots specifically for the Boooooce Concert. If JR has raised parking prices $7 now that the White Sox are drawing 35-40 thousand White Sox fans on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays specifically, then this cheap motherf***er can sit on one of his monster scoreboard pinwheels and spin while singing The Doors "Roadhouse Blues" for all I f***ing care. Anyone "in the know" know if this was for the Concert or has JR found a way to f*** the White Sox fans loyalty once again?
cwsox
last year the Stones parking costs were higher than the regular season - I also paid a, ah, significant bit more to park in Detroit at Ford Field to see Eminem and I know that parking at Comerica/Ford Field is standard higher than parking at USCF I would not be so quick to jump on JR for everything, CK - I expect the extra costs for parking for last Wednesday was for the concert only, just as it was last year our parking and concession prices actually range from a bit lower to significantly lower than a lot of other places
southsider2k5
I am sure that this was for the concert only. Now the playoffs would be a different story, if we make it.

Speaking of playoffs, I saw on the game last night, that they're already selling tickets to the playoffs! A little premature I think. If you book a package for tickets for the rest of the season you are guarenteed playoff tickets. That is what that was all about. No single game playoff tickets are going on sale yet, to the general public.
