The new phrase is dumb....'It's all good'? I don't get why he started that.

I still like 'Grab Some Bench'...too bad its rarely ever said anymore.

It is about impossible to explain. It was a moment you had to be there for to understand.

QUOTE (keninem @ Jul 25, 2012 -> 11:04 AM)
From a few years ago...during a day game. Camera pans over to a sleeping baby with a pacifier in his mouth.

Hawk - "I love num-nums."

I had to rewind it a few times. My wife and I still laugh about it.

I have never heard this but in my book this wins hands down.

"HE GONEE!!!.....no he's not....YES HE IS!!!.....nope"

I wish I could find that clip for you guys who didn't get to hear it. It's hilarious.

I remember that one, too funny. Think it was during Interleague

In the early 90s the Sox were in Oakland and every inning they were showing a hotter woman than the inning before in a bikini. Hawk: "I'll tell you one thing about this camera crew in Oakland Wimpy, best beaver shooters in the league."

I like the 14,000 square foot house comment the best, do not remember how exactly it went, but that was great.

Have not heard much about Catfish this year.

HOW DO YOU GET YOURSELF A 14 THOUSAND SQUARE FOOT HOME IN SCOTTSDALE

And yeah, he's been doing "it's all good" since at least last year, if not 2010.

I got particular joy out of GET OUT OF THE WAY, SEPTIMO! in Boston last week.

Man, is he terrible or what?

Thanks for the quote. Kudos on Septimo as well.

I like whoever has the sig around here to the effect of

"I've been part of baseball for parts of seven different decades now, and never, in all this time, have I ever seen anything like this" - Hawk, about anything.

You're selling Paulie short. He's got himself a 16,000 square foot house in Scottsdale.

Hawk is so great. Some day some of you will get what you want, some dull homer like Steve Physioc of the Royals or those clown teams I hear on mlb.com.

Hawk is a gem. A treasure. He's an A-plus announcer.

GO HAWK!

JOE CREDE!!! What a call that was.

LOL.

"YOU GOTTA BE BLEEPIN ME!"

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING WEGNER!?"

Can't recall any of the quotes, but I know that he hates the daylights out of Wegner when he is umpiring at home plate. He has said some Real classics about this guy for YEARS. GRRRRRRRRRRR just wish that I could remember some of them now.

some of the favorite ones is when there is dead silence for a period. It comes in a time when the Sox made some poor plays and are getting buried because of it. When the dead silence comes....you know he is so disgusted that he knows that if he really said on his mind what he wanted to................he would pay for it or "get an ear full of it" somehow.
