Why would he tell KW when you are the one who made the unrealistic list? Floyd really battled tonight against a greed team, poor defense, a questionable strike zone and ZERO offense support. I think he did a great job despite all the ridiculous comments from the usual posters about being weak mentally. He looked like the strongest member of our team tonight!

GO GO WHITE SOX!

If Floyd is the strongest member on the team then Sox are in a world of hurt! Make sure you comment your love for him when he blows 5 of 7 starts

Floyd has talent. I also think he gives it his best shot every game

Yes, he has tons of talent. This is exactly what is so mind-numbingly frustrating about him.

I just don't understand why people want to trade him so quickly with how fragile the starting rotation is right now. I don't think we want another situation where Axelrod has to pitch on 3 days rest, etc.

Quality starting pitching is hard to come by. I agree you just don't start trading away good starting pitching if you want to compete

OK. but the kid gives up two runs and one is unearned plus our offesne went South of Dallas/Ft Worth tonight. Why are we back to bashing Floyud?

I certainly did not bash him.

I can't account for what others have done.

Agree.

You know when that doofus Cowley wrote that Gavin was not the smartest when doing crossword puzzles in the clubhouse and then herepeats it on the radio a few times and every knucklehead with Internet access suddenly has to state how "mentally weak" Gavin is in every game he pitches. I saw a "tough" pitcher who can help this team win.
