Flash Tizzle
Everybody, dont make any predictions today.......needless to say they haven't worked out, and when you write them it just seems like a jinx. Yesterday, Heather Lee: ----Fearless prediction: The White Sox will not shutout their opposition; however, they will score just enough runs to eke out a win. Fri, Southsider2k3: ----I am predicting a 6 inning 3 hit shutout, you heard it here first! MERCY!!!!!!
winninguglyin83
no prediction just hope Neal Cotts relaxes, trusts his ability, throws strikes and ends this slide Be a HUGE boost for this team, especially coming home to face the same two teams. all the best to Neal

winninguglyin83
those of us living outside the Chicago area get hosed tonight. MLB blacks out the Extra Innings Package on DirecTV because they try to FORCE you to watch the Cardinals. Buehrle might be a Cardinals' fan. I'm not. So I'll be listening to Rooney and Farmio. any extra play by play and insight from the telecast would be greatly appreciated, especially on how Cotts is performing -- outstanding for five or six innings, I hope. Flash Tizzle
Texas either doesn't care about sweeping us, or don't take us too seriously because not only are they benching Blalock but the Sox killer from this series Palmiero.
winninguglyin83
sandy alomar on the pre-game radio show he's going to try to set up his target closer to the middle of the plate. he's told Cotts to quit throwing for the corners and try to throw strikes. Of course, he also just said if a pitcher doesn't have command against Texas, he's in trouble this should be interesting

You dont keep hitters off balance throwing it down the middle for every pich. Being wild could benefit him if he doesn't go to the extent he did on his last start. Flash Tizzle
Dominguez is 10-0 with a 2.67 ERA in the Minor Leagues......... Will we be seeing Cy Domiguez tonight?
Flash Tizzle
Where is everyone? Looks like another thread Ill have to carry. Sox coming to bat
Flash Tizzle
Our buddy Phil Cuzzi is lingering around 2nd base, looking to screw the Sox at every opportunity available. Robbie walks to start off the game, a good start.
Flash Tizzle
Once again Sox waste an opportunity for a rally on a strikeout by Lee and alomar is thrown out at first. Long game ahead.
Flash Tizzle
Check that, Alomar was thrown out at second. Two outs. Frank walks. Dominguez has thrown full counts to every batter so far.
winninguglyin83
full counts -- but does he look hittable?
southsider2k5
4 straight full counts by Domingez. If we keep this up, even if we can't hit the kid, we will be into the Rangers pen by the 5th inning. Now lets hope Neal was taking notes and throws some strikes!!! Bighurt52235
He's already lowered his ERA to 5.40! He had a good first inning in Anaheim, hopefully he can keep it up tonight, though.
