Thanks for another bad outing Matt. Much appreciated.

When he leads the team in appearances it tells me RV really not very good knowing which reliever to use when.

I know the Sox have shown resiliency a lot of times this year, but I really hope they don't just have six lousy at bats the rest of the way.

Cmon Sox ... make all six outs count and try to take the lead one final time!!!

Man ... s***ty relief pitching tonight cept for Crain and he gave up the deep one that got stuck in the wall.

There's just no way the White Sox can go into 2013 with Matt Thornton on the team.

It's time...it came for Javy, Linebrink, Contreras, MacDougal, Linebrink.

He's just a shadow of his former self.

If nothing else, Ventura should never have tempted fate with the Oakland A's and Thornton in the same game twice.

Thornton's leash needs to be a lot shorter. After that deep fly ball he gave up to Reddick, Myers should have been put in. If two deep fly balls weren't an indication that he doesn't really have it tonight, I don't know what is.

Here's something that should piss everyone off. Gomes hits .288 vs LHP, and .212 vs RHP. Reddick hits .268 vs LHP and .251 vs RHP. So basically, there was no explanation in the world for why Thornton was in that inning.

Yup. I thought Myers should have been in to begin with.

Which DeAza badly misplayed.

Crain's been a bit shaky at times but he usually doesn't break when bending.
