Wise can't be sent down. No, because before the decision, he hadn't been up yet. He was on a minor league deal anyway, so, it is possible he can be sent down as well, that part I am not sure of. And while I would have preferred to keep Danks around, I can see the other side too. And as YASNY said, really, this is not a big deal either way.
