caulfield12
19 balls out of first 46 pitches. Is going to have to pitch MUCH more efficiently to get through 6. But at least it's still 0-0.

Chicago White Sox
46 pitches in 2 innings is bad f***ing news for us.
kitekrazy
I'm watching this on the Tigers network on MLB. Excellent camera work, announcers keep you focused on the game, they post interesting stats about players on both teams. It's real top notch and probably superior to ESPN. fathom
QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Sep 2, 2012 -> 12:46 AM) 46 pitches in 2 innings is bad f***ing news for us. Play this game like a playoff game. If he gives you 5 good innings, you hope the pen can win it for you. fathom
3 pitches, 2 weak outs. No idea why they keep playing Beckham. Way to try and bunt guys!!
caulfield12
Scherzer and Verlander 1st and 2nd in the majors in K's. At one point, Liriano was tops in K's per 9 IP.

Cerbaho-WG
Gordon looks awful as usual. With expanded rosters he should sit a lot against righties. Hes an auto out now.
fathom
Good AB by Wise, as he'll probably try and steal here. So far, lefties have looked good against Scherzer and righties have had no prayer.
Chicago White Sox
QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 1, 2012 -> 06:47 PM) Play like game like a playoff game. If he gives you 5 good innings, you hope the pen can win it for you. The problem is if Liriano only goes 5, that means we see Humber or the call-ups for a couple of innings. Either of those options against Cabrera/Fielder scares the s*** of me. Also, seems like tonight would have been a great time to play Danks for Viciedo. caulfield12
White Sox have the easiest schedule remaining statistically in the entire AL. That's a change from previous seasons down the stretch.

caulfield12
Peralta is horrible at SS. Youk just didn't have a chance because he missed the bag there and couldn't get back.

Danks' season is trending like Flowers last year. Started hot, then fading. Have no belief whatsover that Jordan Danks would light up Max Scherzer. None.
