sunofgold
I think that we are going for it. Hehehe Getting crowded in the bullpen. I could see RV using 15 pitchers in a game. Happy birthday MT tomorrow. Hope you have the day off. 33 Dylan Axelrod R-R 6'0" 195 Jul 30, 1985 26 Jesse Crain R-R 6'1" 215 Jul 5, 1981 34 Gavin Floyd R-R 6'6" 235 Jan 27, 1983 60 Deunte Heath R-R 6'4" 215 Aug 8, 1985 41 Philip Humber R-R 6'3" 210 Dec 21, 1982 65 Nate Jones R-R 6'5" 185 Jan 28, 1986 58 Francisco Liriano L-L 6'2" 215 Oct 26, 1983 57 Jhan Marinez R-R 6'1" 200 Aug 12, 1988 39 Brett Myers R-R 6'4" 240 Aug 17, 1980 48 Brian Omogrosso R-R 6'4"T 230 Apr 26, 1984 44 Jake Peavy R-R 6'1" 195 May 31, 1981 62 Jose Quintana R-L 6'0" 215 Jan 24, 1989 43 Addison Reed L-R 6'4" 220 Dec 27, 1988 49 Chris Sale L-L 6'6" 180 Mar 30, 1989 53 Hector Santiago R-L 6'0" 210 Dec 16, 1987 52 Leyson Septimo L-L 6'1" 195 Jul 7, 1985 37 Matt Thornton L-L 6'6" 240 Sep 15, 1976 46 Donnie Veal L-L 6'4" 240 Sep 18, 1984 Edited September 15, 2012 by sunofgold

kitekrazy
I think they should get a few more off the waiver wire.
sunofgold
QUOTE (kitekrazy @ Sep 14, 2012 -> 09:30 PM) I think they should get a few more off the waiver wire. We should. As Wise is our emergency pitcher. Liariano was born on Oct 26.. The day we won two World Series games and the title. And 1983 was the year we won the division with LaRussa as manager. Only 5 guys on our 40 man aren't here Morel, Carter, Casto, Leesma and Molina

farmteam
QUOTE (HickoryHuskers @ Sep 15, 2012 -> 08:28 AM) I might pitch Wise ahead of Septimo. Most definitely. I cannot stand Septimo.
The Ultimate Champion
Leyson has ability. Lets not forget how long Will Ohman has been around the league. When you're told to throw a 3-2 curveball to Prince, who has seen nothing but breaking balls all year from us, and it's the third straight curveball in the AB, and you can't miss, then things probably aren't going to work out for you. Not making excuses for Septimo, he needs to throw his fastball over for strikes early in the count which he hasn't been doing, but our dugout is overmanaging the f*** out of our pitching staff this year and it's showing. Ozzie sucks at getting his teams to play for him, but he does do a great job of getting out of the way and letting the pitchers & catchers work. Hopefully Robin and his staff learn from their predecessors because otherwise we're going to keep dropping close games that boil down to poor decisions in crucial game situations. You'd think KW's public questioning of this kind of stuff would have gotten through by now, but I guess not.
