LittleHurt05
QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Oct 2, 2012 -> 10:19 AM) I was wondering this all game. My goodness, they must have gotten away with 10 blatant holding penalties. Since Peppers joined the team, I've gotten used to the missed holding calls. It seems like he gets held every other play. Chisoxfn
QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Oct 2, 2012 -> 06:22 AM) That was just a thorough, team victory. You could see Cutler gaining confidence in that second half, confidence he sorely needed. Things are looking good with the Jags on Sunday afternoon and then the BYE. Jags have a good D and this is in the NFL. Bears better not get too high (like they did after the Colts win). Nice win and the offense made a lot of progress. Good job by the oline to protect and a nice mix of play calling.
lostfan
QUOTE (iamshack @ Oct 2, 2012 -> 10:42 AM) Cutler is 9-1 in his last 10 starts I believe... Edit: Sorry, that is 8-1 in his last 9 starts. In this season he's 3-1 Going back to 2011 he's 10-4 To 2010, he's 21-9 Even including the disaster of 2009 he's 28-18. Has he been perfect along the way... no of course not, there's a few different reasons for that, some having nothing to do with him, some his fault, but really without him that 28-18 is probably looking more like 23-21. Soxbadger
The problem with Cutler is that when he implodes he basically pours gasoline on the entire team and just sets it ablaze. Which is why the bad games are easy to remember.
