Texsox
Sandwiches and basically opening the container and grabbing a piece. I fixed a 15# and there were only four of us so plenty of left over turkey.
bigruss
My dad makes homemade bread for holidays, for Thanksgiving he makes a cornmeal bread with ground cornmeal from Graue Mill, and also a whole wheat bread. They are fantastic fresh, but when toasted and made into a turkey sandwich that bread is to die for.

Texsox
We just picked some fresh basil from the garden and made pesto. Nothing like a little pesto and mayo spread on sourdough bread with turkey.
shipps
I am going to force my self to eat every bit of leftovers to prove a point to my wife that I do not waste food. Although there is a strong possibility that she is right.

Holy mouth-gasm. Minus the cream cheese, that's what I made. It's delicious!!!! The first one I ever ate was at Earl of Sandwich at Walt Disney World. I was hooked. 2nd_city_saint787
How'd I miss this thread, I'm the guy that dreams of opening a restaurant...Turkey chilli! I use all the good leftover dark meat in there and it always comes out sooo good. White meats saved for my thanksgiving sliders with sweet potato puree, stuffing, and cranberry sauce on a hawaiian roll.
