2nd_city_saint787
QUOTE (juddling @ Dec 27, 2012 -> 10:03 PM) guess this means the simulated Mayans were right......... lol touche. I was ready to give up anyway due to my ridiculous downward spiral after replacing a .200 hitting Adrian Beltre with a triple crown candidate. 2nd_city_saint787
Note to self don't add an MVP candidate, a top setup guy, and a SP with a sub 3 era next year...It will only result in going from first place in your division to 4th and finish 6 games under .500. I wish it never came back.

bigruss
As a heads up, many of the FAs didn't accept their final offers since they weren't interested in them enough or something, so many are available now after the latest sim (most for right around what their final offer was anyways). At least we aren't playing for money........ Edited January 7, 2013 by juddling

At least we aren't playing for money........ Well last year my team was like that, fell out of contention early even though talent wise I wasn't that far behind. I spent like crazy in the offseason though and my team is pretty loaded. I've finally gone on a good streak and a lot of my players are still not playing well (CC, Kinsler, Bruce, Hamilton). juddling
I'm starting to question the validity of any simulation that has Erik F'n Bedard at 12 and 5 with a sub-3 ERA..........lol
infallable
QUOTE (juddling @ Jan 9, 2013 -> 03:19 PM) I'm starting to question the validity of any simulation that has Erik F'n Bedard at 12 and 5 with a sub-3 ERA..........lol His ERA in 2009 was 2.82 though. So they actually had it about right.
