witesoxfan
QUOTE (Rowand44 @ May 24, 2013 -> 03:28 PM) I just have no idea what to do with myself on my days off from work. Today I watched Saved by the Bell and Boy Meets world for like 3 hours, then went to the gym for an hr. Now I'm just sitting on my couch extremely bored. BOOOOORING. Start drinking

Haven't had a drink since May 4th and wont until June 8th. Weird, I know. And for the record, it's f***in awful. I hate not partying. Steve9347
QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ May 28, 2013 -> 12:40 PM) Best/cheapest place to get moving boxes? Jewel or any other grocery store - can normally get a decent sum of boxes free. Same with local liquor stores - I'm sure you frequent a few anyway. You could also order a moving kit from here: http://www.usedcardboardboxes.com/

Brian
Was walking my dog today, and passed a house we pass twice a day on walks. Today, this big dog was loose in their backyard and sprinted towards my pup and just pumped and attacked him. Mine is a little beagle/corgi mix. 30 lbs. This dog was a large sized dog. He was on top and I kicked him off, tried to pick up my dog but he jumped over my dog again, not sure if he was going after me or not, and past us. I picked up my pup and turned my back on the big dog. The whole time, the owner is standing in their front yard, watching this, holding onto another big dog on a leash. I started cussing at him to get his f'n dog away from us. He just slowly walked over, not apologiziong or anything and directed his dog back to their yard. He said calmly, "That's never happened before." Although we know their dog has run out of the yard before. We've seen it. We also live next to a public park where kids are. God forbid the dog runs over there and attacks a small child. Our other neighbor saw the whole thing and has our back. Turns out the guy in the yard doesn't live there. Not even sure who he is, but going to talk to the owners when they get home from work about what happened. My dog is fine, just a little shook up after, but still going to report it to Animal Control in case it ever happens again or if it has happened before. It pisses me off to look back and see the guy in the yard just standing their like its no big deal. Edited May 29, 2013 by Brian

I guarantee you that if it were me, that guy wouldn't just be standing there watching, because I'd have a gun pulled on his dog. He'd be out of the house in a hurry getting his dog away.
