Steve9347
QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Jun 11, 2013 -> 04:59 PM) The reviews I have seen have been pretty mixed but I think everything Snyder has directed has been no fun and boring (except for the Dawn of the Dead remake) including 300 so no surprise to me. Good point.

GoSox05
MAN OF STEEL is pretty much the best Superhero Movie ever made and I'm not gonna argue!
Brian
This Is The End is funny but goes on a little long. Seems to be a trend that comedies are going 2 hours now.

Brian
QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jun 11, 2013 -> 03:34 PM) Ok, apparently Man of Steel predictably sucks. RT meter under 60% now and going down with every new review.

Jake
I feel like the episode of South Park where every movie trailer I see looks like people s***ting out their mouths and saying "f*** you!"

That's an hour and 47 minutes. Maybe the end of the world occurs at 1:47, and the next 13 minutes are just a black screen.

Segmenting/partitioning the market. http://movies.yahoo.com/news/paramount-off...-055759217.html I would welcome that and really that's the way my wife and I watch movies now. When we go to the theater it's rare and generally it's for IMAX movies only ($20 a ticket or whatever it is these days) to see the big action movies. Occasionally we'll go to the local theater which has movies that have been out for a few weeks and it's only $5.50 a person. Otherwise we rent. Without the beard, he'd look like Jabba the Hut.
