The house looks like it was heavily vandalized and trashed by kids (e.g. skateboarding in the drained pool). Heisenberg was also spray-painted on one of the walls, which would mean that Walt's story and alter ego became public knowledge.

The only thing I could think of other than that is Hank losing it and trying to torture Walt instead of taking him down.

This is honestly the worst guess as to what will happen on a tv show that I've ever read in my life.

I'm sure at some point the DEA will search the house, but it looked like it was straight-up vandalized and then condemned. The whole inside was trashed, the appliances were gone, it was filthy, the inside and outside was covered in spray paint, the flooring looked destroyed.

My interpretation was that the property was likely seized by the govt during the future investigation.

yeah that makes more sense, I couldn't read what the "no trespassing" signs said, but it was "dept. of _____"

I didn't really think there was much to read into any of this, and I don't really see why people are having such a hard time seeing the obvious.

Maybe it's too obvious? Or maybe I'm crazy? It doesn't seem like any sort of mystery. Walter White will be found out as the drug lord Heisenberg (well, actually, he already was). As it unfolds and super-angry Hank does what a super-angry DEA agent does and moves forward with the "bust", it will be a big f***ing story as "former science teacher and current car wash owner runs drug empire from suburban home". At some point during this Hank will either give Walter a headstart or Walter'll just straight-up flee. House is seized and emptied and then left to be vandalized. Walt returns 6-9 months later for the ricin, presumably he's been on the lamb and POSSIBLY thought to be dead. Carol is really f***ing surprised to see him.

Or maybe SS2k5 is right and Hank just randomly decides to torture Walt. What a great guess!

I'm more curious if Skyler will be implicated.

Your reading comprehension borders on minimal at best.

I agree this makes the most logical sense, but on the other hand, it's too obvious. This show doesn't do the obvious.

That's pretty much what soxbadger and I were saying.

Hank has an interesting dilemma. Not only is Walt his brother-in-law, but Hank used Walt's meth money to pay for most of his medical bills and therapy and stuff. I also think Hank turns him in, but it can't be easy.

Well, that and the biggest meth producer in the SW was operating right under his nose the whole time. It won't look good for him career-wise.

edit: the previous ASAC was pushed out because he missed Gus Fring who was buddy-buddy with the DEA and (IIRC) APD. Imagine how much worse it'll be for Hank. I don't think it'll stop him from coming forward, but it's just another complicating factor.

If Walter goes on the LAMB....i think we got a whole different show not suitable for AMC......now if he goes on the LAM........then we're good........haha

Thank you, spot-on summary of how things likely have gone down.

The only question IMO is who wrote "Heisenberg" on the wall. Probably just some kids vandalizing, but perhaps there is some fallout from a past meth connection. We have already seen that chick from last season ask Walt at the car wash for his help. I could see some people she's associated with not being happy he turned them down. Maybe there will be a dual manhunt with both the Feds & drug cartels hunting Walt down.

This sounds incredibly unlikely. Why would someone from a cartel go to his former house and spray paint his name on the wall? Makes no sense.

The only person I could think of is that guy in the desert, to whom Walt said "What's my name" or "Say my name", whatever it was.

Demian Bichir is probably my favorite actor on television right now. He's been great, and so is the Bridge.

Since the show is going for realism, I expect there to be some sort of fallout for two cops letting their only witness escape and get killed, but the previews didn't seem to indicate that.
