I'd say the negative effect is much stronger than the positive effect. If you need a fight for you to trust your teammates, then you got problems. No, I think you are missing my point. A fight won't be necessary unless the team had major chemistry issues to begin with. If the team needs a fight to prove this they are in trouble.
