The holding penalty totally killed that drive.

 

This Bears offense gets a ton of yards, but they have issues finishing drives in the red zone. With the yardage we get, we should put up 30+ every game under McCown. Instead, we've only done that once since he's gotten playing time.

I think Cutler deserves a shot when he finally does become healthy (if he does this season at all). If he plays like he did before he got hurt, then yeah, I don't see a need for him. McCown's been one of the best QBs in football since taking over. If Cutler can't do better than a 34 year old journeyman in this system, then he'll never live up to his talent.

Jeffrey is a better big play receiver I think. Marshall is obviously more experienced and trustworthy on the routine plays, but if you need a big play, you go to Alshon.
