Ok seriously, why is it so f***in hard for people to say Alshon JEFFERY? Herm Edwardson just called him Jefferies on sportscenter. I just don't get it.

I know. Just this morning I heard someone do that while shopping at Jewels.

The Bears should make an announcement at Soldiers Field.

ChiCitySports.Com

The Houston Texans have interviewed former Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith for their head coaching vacancy.

Obviously because the problem with that team has been the defense

Green Bay is supposed to get hit with 6-7 inches of snow Sunday. Should be interesting.

I should have bought tickets. Love the snow games.

It's still in flux. But I asked a storm chaser (who follows weather models) and he thinks most of the heavy snow will have already passed, but it will still be snowing during the game.

He fulfills the Rooney Rule. They can now interview anyone they want.

Well they could interview anyone they wanted anyways, but now they can hire anybody they want.

I still think the Rooney rule is one of the worst rules in all of sports.

Herm Edwards? See, it's not as easy as you think.

Howard Eskin was on Mully & Hanley this morning and was extremely dismissive of the Bears, he thinks the Eagles are a way better team than the Bears. I found that interesting

At home, they probably are. If this game was in Chicago I would pick the Bears.

The reason I found it funny is both teams are basically the same. Explosive offenses and league worst defenses

You could use that to describe about half the teams in the NFL.

Yea, but Bears are 2nd in Scoring, 28th in defense(32nd rush defense), and Eagles are 7th in scoring(first in run offense), 30th in defense(30th pass defense).

Its a pretty close matchup. And the Eagles have been bizarro at home

Biggest difference is Eagles should be able to run the ball down the Bears throat. We have to hope Ratliff continues to improve, Paea is healthy, and of course the addition of Briggs is huge!!!

Oh I know the run is a big deal, but this will be a shootout. for once in my life, I actually like the Bears chances in a shoot out.

And lets not forget, the Bears can run the ball pretty well too

It's not offical yet, but Flynn is starting for the Packers on Sunday. Rodgers still not taking first team reps.

do you think this is overly cautious care because Flynn has been winning, or do you think something else is going on
