Wite, what the hell is a Jeff Tuel?

An NFL record breaker, as in the first undrafted QB in the history of the league during the draft era to start week 1.

Seriously, I don't think there's been a franchise more snakebitten than the Bills over the last 15 years. They finally make a good hire with their coaching staff, have an elite running back, make legitimate, serious changes to the quraterback, have a franchise defensive back who was drafted last year, and what happens? The running back suffers a minor injury and sees his step-grandfather kill 3 before committing suicide, see the franchise QB miss two weeks of his first preseason due to a knee scope, see the other QB likely suffer a career ending concussion during his 2nd and the team's 3rd preseason game, and then have the franchise DB break his wrist and be out 6-8 weeks.

At least the coaching staff is still there.

I watched that play with Kevin Kolb and I can't even tell if he hit his head.

A knee just barely clips the back of it at the end. He played for a little after that but he was apparently showing extreme concussion like symptoms in the lockerroom afterwards.

Ok Bear fans..

Would you like A MR BOOMBOSTIC SHIRT? While... Showing Jon Bostic that we have his back? While... Helping Charles Tillman's Cornerstone Foundation?

100% of profits will be donated in Jonathan Bostic's name to the Charles Tillman Cornerstone 33 Foundation

http://teespring.com/mrboombostic

We here in Chicago LOVE hard hits, especially from our LINEBACKERS! As you all know we as Bear fans have witnessed a rich tradition at the position that includes Bill George, Dick Butkus, Wilbur Marshall, Otis Wilson, Mike Singletary, Lance Briggs, Brian Urlacher and NOW... Jon Bostic.

He is now affectionately known as "MR BOOM BOSTIC" thanks to his hard, legal hits.

On August 15th, Mr Bostic laid a clean hit that made Bear fans proud, excited, and relieved about the future of the organization's Linebacking corps.

That is, until Jon Bostic was docked 5% of his annual salary. $21,000 to be exact.

Bears fans don't want that fine to deter Bostic (or anyone else wearing GSH on their sleeve) from laying the wood in a clean way, playing hard, and using all of their ability on the football field 100% of the time. This campaign will not replace the salary he lost. But let's turn a negative experience into a positive for Mr. BoomBostic and Bear fans alike - and support Charles Tillman's Cornerstone 33 Foundation in the process!

It also shows Mr. Bostic and the rest of the country that this city HAS HIS BACK.

Help spread the word, get a shirt and let's support a good cause at the same time. ** 100% of profits will be donated** in Jonathan Bostic's name to the Charles Tillman Cornerstone 33 Foundation http://teespring.com/mrboombostic

We need to sell at least 57 for Teespring to pring the shirts, but Our goal is to sell 1,000 shirts to raise $21,000 to match the amount of Bostic's fine from the NFL for a LEGAL HIT.

Help out a worthy cause and come away with an awesome teeshirt just in time for kickoff!

BEAR DOWN!

Looks like rolling stone is about to drop a few bombs, implying Urban Meyer in covering up a lot of AH's misdeeds at UF, and his fathers somewhat shady death

They did drop a few bombs. The storyline becomes clearer, that's for sure, but there's not a ton of new information in here if you've been following closely. The angeldust is definitely new though

In his opinion. How exactly do you cover up a drive by?

Rock, sometimes your defense of all things Ohio State and Urban Meyer gets to Penn State truther levels.

Your hate is nothing but rational.

Tell me again how Urban is responsible for Aaron Hernandez possibly murdering several people while playing for the pats.

I dont hate either Meyer or Ohio State. And I never said he was responsible for AH possibly murdering people while playing for the Pats.

While we are playing the "Tell me again..." game, Tell me again why these "Urban Meyer covers up shady s***" stories follow Meyer pretty much everywhere he goes?

uh, what?

That's been the haters viewpoints since Hernandez was arrested. How many NFL players were arrested this offseason? Any how many of their college coaches were brought up at fault?

Cool, give me an example.

That's funny that you dont hate OSU or Meyer now, yet you continue to act like you do.

LOL, you just dismiss them as opinions and falsities. I have given examples before, you just cite the writers as haters, just like you are doing to me right now.

Who cares? That's not really relevant to whether or not UM actually did cover up shady/criminal behavior by Hernandez. That doesn't make him directly responsible for the murders years later, but it doesn't speak well for him.

Like, who Matt Hayes? Urban broke Florida football so badly that their arrest pace has continued even without him there for 2 years and then made a BCS bowl game. Great article.

Where else? Florida and???? You said it follows him everywhere, so far at OSU he has shown to be a disciplinarian compared to not only his predecessor but also his peers even in conference.

And yes, that piece by a horrible publication had one negative statement about Urban which was opinion:

In college his coach (then-University of Florida head coach Urban Meyer) may have helped cover up failed drug tests, along with two violent incidents — an assault and a drive-by shootout outside a local bar.

Once again, how do you cover up a drive by shooting? Or I guess he MAY have done that.

The assault can be covered up and, by all indications, was covered up. The drive-by is harder because they didn't have a good view of the shooter and it's still an open case. All they know is that it was a "large Hispanic or Hawaiian person with tattoos all over his arms," because there are none of those in Gainesville.
