I'm assuming Axelrod gets the long relief role and Santiago starts for Danks to begin the season so... I'd have to guess something like Castro, Molina, Rienzo, Stewart and Zaleski, with Stewart sliding to the 'pen when Santiago goes back down (because I think ultimately that is where they want him).
