You can make a case that the Astros and Marlins have overachieved.

And the Angels and Dodgers? Well, money doesn't buy championships.

The Dodgers are only 2.5 GB.

The Angels, on the other hand, have a long ways to catch the A's, Rangers and all the AL East.

That NL West is a joke. MLB is going to look pretty bad if the winner of that division is 80-82, while two of the NL Central teams are playing one game to get in the playoffs.

Anyway, I'm glad the Dodgers suck.

They DID suck.

They don't anymore. Two weeks ago, they were 12 games under .500. They have Hanley Ramirez and Matt Kemp back. That makes a big difference, obviously. They're still missing Carl Crawford.

Plus, Greinke and Billingley were out....Billingsley for the year.

Coolest first pitch ever...South Korean rhythmic gymnast will sign to be part of Sox bullpen in 2014, Takatsu-esque specialist.

Would that be a balk, the move she has?

Worst first pitch ever, Tiffany Hwang from Girls' Generation, famous pop group....at least she looked good in the white hot pants and her pre-pitch repertoire.

Wow, I go downstairs to fix myself a sandwich while I'm watching Red Sox/Angels- LAA losing 7-3 in the bottom of 9, but Boston's guy just hit someone to load the bases. I come back, and it's the top of the 10th.

*edit* I see now that it wasn't even a grand slam.

I hate both of these teams.

Carlos Gomez with the play of the year to end the Reds/Brewers game

Despite the impending Braun situation, Weeks falling apart and Aramis Ramirez going down like he was shot by a sniper just moving inches to his left, Carlos Gomez looks a LOT better than any player on the White Sox minor or major league roster.

HIGHEST OBP on the Dodgers?

Puig? Hanley Ramirez? Nope, Zach Greinke.
