LOLOLOLOLOLOL.

Tim Brown ‏@TBrownYahoo now

Yankees close to acquiring Alfonso Soriano, according to NY Post.

If Soriano waives his no-trade clause. He said no to a trade to the Giants last year, who needs a WS title?

I'm reading that the Dodgers have dropped out of the Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez pursuit. Odd.

Does this mean that the Cubs are now the most likely team to land him?

For the amount of money that he is asking for, I would imagine that the Cubs are the favorites if Dodgers truly are out.

Dang Edwards who the Cubs acquired has thrown 160 innings & have given up 0 homers?

Impressive.

I wish he wasn't in the Cubs system now, because I really want to root for the kid after reading about him. 48th round pick from a real tiny town was spotted playing in a local adult bush league.

Just think, if he does that like 20 more times in the next month, he might be able to hang with Courtney Hawkins.

It's not call the Windy City for nothing, amirite?

Junior Lake off to a Puig-like start for the Cubs. I always wondered why he wasn't more highly-regarded as a prospect.

Lake looks like the best center fielder caulfield has ever seen. A Devon White/Mickey Mantle hybrid. There will be many articles to review.

I've seen him repeatedly and never walked away that impressed.

Cubs paying $17.7m of $24.5m due Soriano in deal (approved by MLB)

The house cleaning is complete. Who is even left from the Hendry era? Castro, Samardzija, & Barney?
