Wise Master Buehrle
I know I am, Sox management finally decided to do something about Koch's horrible pitching. Hopefully now, Koch will come back strong as ever, and really give this bullpen a boost.
SnB
I'll say one thing, if he comes back and pitches like last year, no question that we win this division.
Capn12
I am, but I am a biased supporter...I'm not sure that his arm can recooperate in such a short time. I honestly think that it will be next spring before he comes back to Koch form. But if he gets the chance to come off the DL and pitch, he will do so..he wants to be a part of this team badly, methinks.

Oh yeah he does, he doesn't want nothing more than to help this team win the pennant. Even if he isn't true Koch, I hope he is 'better-than-before" Koch. Dick Allen
If I had seats near the concourse in the outfield, I would be excited for his return, just for souveniers.

I just don't see 15 days being the cure, but if it is, then it will be awesome to get the old Billy Koch back.

I give a rats ass about Botch's return. No way 2 weeks off is gonna miraculously put 5-8 more MPH on his meatballs. At least I'm not counting on it. Nokona
Koch will save every game he pitches. Even if he comes in in the 3rd

greg775
Gordon is doing a fine job. No Botch. Only pitch him when we are up BIGGG or down BIGGG.
mac9001
Even if Koch comes back and pitches well, he's still only gonna be a 6-8th inning kinda guy, no way this guy get's the ball in the 9th.
cwsox
if anything actually happend while he was away... and if it was good... we'll have games to test him being back and if he can help us, bless him and use him!
Jordan4life_2003
They lost faith in him A LONG TIME AGO. Personaly, i want the guy to come back and dominate. But i dont care if he strikes out 40 batters stright, i will not feel comfertable with him closing games this season. Period. If he strikes out 40 dudes in a row I might be willing to give him a shot
Mathew
I'd be more enthusiastic if Joey Cora came back and pitched.
YASNY
I can't say that I'm enthusiastic about Koch coming back. I can't see that two week layoff causing his fastball to get back up to triple digits. If it does, then great. But realistically, I don't expect it. And it'n not a lack of faith in Billy Koch. I think after a winter off, he will get back to where he was, but not in 2 weeks.
Al Lopez Ghost (old)
I'd like to like him, but he's just been s***. Scott Sullivan just made Koch's rehabilitation time longer. Like maybe next year long. No way Koch makes the post season roster over Sullivan.

JUGGERNAUT
I'm enthusiastic about the possibility (remote that it is) that he will come back & throw consistenty & accurately in the high 90's. Outside of that, I'm indifferent at best.
