Texsox
I am approaching that moment in grad school where I have a choice to go thesis or no thesis route in my studies. I have been talking with the professor who would chair my committee, I have been in several of his classes and he believes I will have no problem with the actual writing of the thesis, but the research may be a struggle while also working days as a teacher. Much of the material I will need is housed at the UT library in Austin about 6 hours away from me. I may also need some papers that are in Lawrence Kansas. My PhD plans are still up in the air, who wants to hire a recently graduated 60+ year old PhD? But intellectually the challenge would be exactly what I need as I end my working career. Texsox
QUOTE (Leonard Zelig @ Mar 30, 2013 -> 10:40 AM) Your college don't provide access to an online database of journals? Yes, however I need to do original research and to do that I need access to the original letters and that is where some of them are stored. No one has bothered to scan and make available. Maybe Greg can help you with that.
