This tells me that Anthropolous is a "grass is greener" guy (an upgrade in talent is an upgrade in talent, any way you slice it) while most GMs are "maintain a relationship" guys (even if a guy is marginally more talented, maintaining the relationship we've built with a player is more important).

 

I know which philosophy works in games, but which philosophy appears to work in real life?

I think they said last night of his 22 claims, 8 are still with the organization.
