Goodness Konerko, stop trying to shoot everything to right field. He just got blown away by mediocre fastballs.

Amongst the best FB hitters in his prime, now getting blown away by 91. Not a good prognostic sign

He's turned into a guess hitter. Thankfully his deal is up this year, as I really don't want to see him if the decline continues.

Got rid of Frank with no problem, PK needs to go at end of year it is just time.

This team is unwatchable. Losing is fine but the stupidity and lack of attempting to execute is what makes this whole thing a mess right now.

The worst part of the De Aza thing is he was so far off of 2nd he would have been doubled up if Baker caught it.

This team is simply not worth a damn.

Is there any good news, at any level of the organization?

Conor Gillaspie is it (not counting the strikeout tonight)?

Yes we got 3 hits to Rangers 1.

Erik Johnson and Addison Reed are the two big stars so far this year, IMO

Is Ventura even going to make it until the end of the year?

At some point, the story's going to start focusing on the manager/coaching staff and total lack of preparation/mental mistakes.

It's feeling a lot like 2011...where Ozzie was "dead man walking." Except it's only the first week of May.

The media doesn't care much about the Sox this year. Most members of the media think the Sox talent level is really bad. However, a lot of those same media members speculated Ventura might not want to return after this season (this was at the beginning of ST).
