caulfield12
Danks is 3-1 with a 2.3ish ERA career-wise against the Cubs in 6 starts. That's his first homer allowed in 3+ starts at Wrigley.
elrockinMT
I don't like the Cubs. Have I ever said that before? YES!
Dick Allen
QUOTE (caulfield12 @ May 29, 2013 -> 02:10 PM) Danks is 3-1 with a 2.3ish ERA career-wise against the Cubs in 6 starts. That's his first homer allowed in 3+ starts at Wrigley. He was awesome there last year. I was at the game. Beckham and Flowers went very deep. CaliSoxFanViaSWside
Cubs 2 runs 2 hits. Sox 1 run 4 hits, a stolen base, a perfectly executed hit and run , a perfect sac bunt. Rios, Dunn and De Aza all failing with RISP. Flowers comes through.
The Ginger Kid
Did Feldman figure something out, because he used to be a pretty bad pitcher
pettie4sox
Dunn back to his ole ways. Sox can't afford him and his streakiness.
caulfield12
We're another couple of weeks from Dunn/2011 at this rate. Amazingly, his average is actually lower than the .159 he put up then, but he's been more productive with homers and RBI's at least.

It's much easier to pitch in the NL than in Arlington.
RockRaines
QUOTE (pettie4sox @ May 29, 2013 -> 02:15 PM) Dunn back to his ole ways. Sox can't afford him and his streakiness. Its hard to watch him hit. He looks nothing like he did in his Reds days.
caulfield12
Didn't realize Jean Segura was leading the NL with a .365 average. Unfortunately, we don't have a Zach Greinke available to trade in order to get his equivalent. Good change-up there in that inning, pulling the string, Danks has now set down 5 in a row. 1 ER in 3 IP isn't too bad with the weather heating up and wind blowing out. I know people go through slumps but for him, slumps are a norm and him hitting is the equivalent of an average hitter having a slump.

caulfield12
You can't pitch without command up in the strike zone...and not get killed in the summer months in Chicago. Change-up with very poor location. 2nd homer of the day, 5th of year....3 of 10 RBI's today, lol.
