Not gonna happen midseason.

I don't expect it to...my belief all along (with absolutely no information to go along with this) is that Ventura just will decline to return after this season.

No, not in a way. He is a former player, he is definitely in the family tree

Right, former Sox player.

I'd love to see Martinez as manager, and get some coaches that know how to get the most of their players.

Absolutely, bring in Dave Martinez as the manager and let him choose his coaching staff.

Ventura's staff from last year and the changes for this year are abysmal. Losing Nieves, whatever Baines is doing, Thigpen is a regression etc.

Clean house and bring in guys that have done the job before.

So? That just shows he pitches for contact. He makes good pitches to induce those DPs.

He battles. He does not give up. That's good enough for me too

Just give Super Joe the manager job or give Sandy A a shot

Robin just doesn't seem to be completely into it....& that's fine. Not like he was a whoooo rahhhhh guy coming into the job.

Just need to move on, whether that is in the near future or at the end of the season.

He's still a KW guy. I'm sure Hahn would like to hire his own man anyway.

Losing to good pitching is acceptable as is tipping the ole cap once in a while but the inability to even compete in certain games is the main issue.

They literally have no chance today.

Yep, it's been happening far too often. Like you said, it's not even that they're losing all these games, it's that they've not even threatened to win more than one or two of these games.
