caulfield12
SIGH. Reddick could have been ours for Santos, supposedly. 3 solo homers for the A's. Tied at 4-4. Always happens when the White Sox blow opportunities offensively to put games away. Remember the days when we were leading the AL in ERA? Now we're all the way down to 7th. fathom
Jeez Q, keep it in the park. Who would have thought the A's would be the big slugging team and the Sox the team that can't hit it over the fence?
caulfield12
QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Jun 6, 2013 -> 07:55 PM) All their runs on home runs? Jesus Rosales had an RBI double. 3.18 home ERA for the White Sox at home, that's pretty incredible. 3.84 overall...difficult to explain why we're so bad on the road, except the cold weather/rain in April/May helping our pitchers and hurting the offense (not that it can be hurt much more, in actuality) That shouldn't stand up through the next 4 months. caulfield12
QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 6, 2013 -> 07:57 PM) Jeez Q, keep it in the park. Who would have thought the A's would be the big slugging team and the Sox the team that can't hit it over the fence? Well, Cespedes and Reddick, yes. Especially last year. Cespedes is white hot right now.
Noonskadoodle
Caulfield I think you are overrating Reddick a bit. The guy has a BELOW .300 OBP for his career. Hit 32 HRs last year, but only had 85 RBIs & a .242 average. 2 HRs this season in about 115 ABs. His defense is the only thing good about him IMO. Overrated at the plate. Noonskadoodle
QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 6, 2013 -> 10:04 PM) I'd take him over Nestor Molina Yea in hindsight now, because there was nothing better. I wouldnt have at the time. Not with Rios roaming RF.
caulfield12
Except if Viciedo is moved to 1B/DH or traded, Reddick would be a starter anyway on the 2014 White Sox team. Lindstrom warming. Or you trade Rios and make Reddick your RFer. Well, it doesn't matter...crying over spilled milk.

BigHurt3515
Does anybody think I lineup would be better with Keppinger at 1st, Beckham at 2nd, Gillaspie at 3rd? Then either Konerko or Dunn at DH?? Could switch it around whenever too
