caulfield12
And the Indians are playing even worse than us, 4-14 over their last 18, vs. the White Sox 2-10 mark. On the flip side of that, they're also creating some distance between themselves and 2nd place, 4 1/2 games right now. (Amazing how uneasy that DET crowd was today with Valverde in for the save, runners on 1st and 2nd, former Tiger Ryan Raburn hitting again after a 2 run homer in the 7th...DET has already blown 8 games this season when they had the lead in the 7th/8th/9th innings, without that, the entire division would already be packing things in, if they haven't already). BigEdWalsh
QUOTE (chw42 @ Jun 8, 2013 -> 07:34 PM) 5-0 in my last 5 games. Anybody want to buy me tickets to another game? Someone should. I'm something like 12-1 in the last games I've attended . Only thing is, that spans about 3 years prior to this and they were all in Seattle. chw42
QUOTE (BigEdWalsh @ Jun 8, 2013 -> 09:10 PM) Someone should. I'm something like 12-1 in the last games I've attended . Only thing is, that spans about 3 years prior to this and they were all in Seattle. The funny thing is that had the Sox not won in Seattle, I would have gone to the only two victories in the last 12 games. CaliSoxFanViaSWside
No winners thread for our 2nd in a row today so I'll use the old one. 2 in a row over the A's . Could've won all 4 if we hadn't blown 2 3 run leads. Santiago pitched well enough , relief was good. Rios , Flowers HR's.
