Semyon Varlamov had 37 saves last night, totaling 168 saves on 175 shots in 4 games (4-0).....In other words, He has the hot hand against the Hawks, but until he does that in a 7 game series against the Hawks I'm not in panic mode;that's a ridiculous save percentage. Given when someone has your number it's tough but If I'm the Hawks and it does come down to a 1st round series against these guys I hope they buckle down and get some payback on this guy.

This team needs a fire,it seems the hangover is settling in for these tired Hawks. Hopefully Hossa coming back and Teravainen soon to come over to line that woeful 2nd line center gap we have sparks these guys up.

The Hawks are trying to do their best impersonation of the White Sox with 9-11-3 record against their own Central Division.

Yeah, I can't tell if they are floating until the playoffs, or just don't have that extra spark this year.

The black hole at second line center is massive along with the fact bickell sucks.

Even after he got hot in the playoffs I still didn't think he was a high priority the way alot of people made it seem, he's been below average to decent in his couple years with the hawks but in last years stanley cup run he played on a line with kane and toews, gets hot at the right moment, gets paid, and now he's definitely proving he was a fluke. I always said Kane and Toews will always make X player look alot better than they are playing on their line, not to discredit bickle getting hot because he did score some huge goals but man that guy is frustrating as hell to watch.

This is basically the same team that ran away with it last year.

Well we see how much we actually miss Bolland, I understand why they had to get rid of his salary but the guy was still smart and a defensive stud. Had good control over the line and they got rid of him thinking someone like Pirri could step up and grasp that spot, but Q didn't like Pirri's D(and rightfully so,offensive stud with bad D). That's why i think Teravainen coming over, already in hockey shape, should give a huge boost to this team. I hope it's sooner than later so hopefully his team gets eliminated lol

Last night's game was just brutal with the amount of fans with no clue how to wait for the whistle, no matter how many times you yell at them. And it wasn't all of the Red Wings fans either.

Nice to see Hossa come back with a vengeance. I'm sure the time off will help in the long run.

That's because it was the St. Patrick's Day game where all the Hawks fans wear their green jerseys just like the Hawks do, and have done, for as long as I can remember being a fan!

#Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville said it's "possible" Brandon Saad returns to face Blues tomorrow night. Michal Rozsival out "few games."

I'll take that news 12 out of 10 times every day of the year.

Joel Quenneville's Mustache

Teuvo Teravainen will be in Chicago by the end of the week. When he will officially join the team is to be determined.

Good, although right now I think a lot of our issues are actually on defense.
