While that might both be true, I think some here are starting to overrate both of them. I don't believe either are considered top 50 prospects. More so 50 to 100 range. Skaggs has top of the rotation potential and for whatever reason it seems AZ might consider moving him. I'd love to see him what Coop could do with him.
