Knackattack
QUOTE (Kalapse @ Jul 29, 2013 -> 04:59 PM) Real classy of the White Sox organization to instruct it's players to blatantly lie to the fans. f***ing Reinsdorf. Chisoxfn
Interesting. Was Lindstrom really seen patting his teammates backs? Seems odd that it would happen that quickly? You'd think if you were that close, you wouldn't have even had him make an appearance? I smell BS on the hugs comment. That said, I hope Lindstrom was dealt and I hope we got 1 or 2 raw arms (similar to what we got for Jason Frasor).

CWSpalehoseCWS
QUOTE (bbilek1 @ Jul 29, 2013 -> 08:01 PM) Eh, I don't know. I feel like that would be Castro or Heath. I can't see them putting Rienzo in the pen after the way he's been pitching as a starter but it wouldn't be crazy. Not necessarily. If the Sox did trade Lindstrom or Reed, they could call Reinzo to take the roster spot, and still be in line to take Peavy's start if/when he's traded. That way if Jake makes does for some reason start, Reinzo could still be a back-up if they had to pull him suddenly.

Al Lopez's Ghost
He said Robin patted Lindstrom on his back, which technically is true. THEY WERE ON THE MOUND.

They used a lefty pinch hitter, so they put in Veal.

THEY WERE ON THE MOUND. Any time someone gets patted on the back, they are like totally immediately traded. After I feed my son his bottle I trade him to Texas every time until he burps Edited July 30, 2013 by Jose Paniagua
southsider2k5
QUOTE (Marty34 @ Jul 29, 2013 -> 06:03 PM) We know the Sox are on pace to lose 100 games with Peavy, tells me they have some holes to fill. Why keep him and risk injury? Prospects don't have a risk of injury?

Really the Sox should build some glass cases on the concourse and put their best players in there for the fans to look at during games, and just sign a bunch of recently released guys to play, because who cares if they get hurt?
