Chisoxfn
Did You Know...that this is the first time two 300 LB plus pitchers faced eachother Either way, I don't care as long as the Sox keep on WINNING
greg775
Any way our big three can stifle the Yankees? Are they beatable or are we going down?
Heads22
I believe JM said during the postgame that Cotts will pitch game three.
Bmr31
Any way our big three can stifle the Yankees? Are they beatable or are we going down? Its going to be a low scoring series. We need to manage 12-14 runs in the 3 games and we should be just fine.
aboz56
I believe JM said during the postgame that Cotts will pitch game three. I believe JM needs to look at the schedule again if he really said that. We have an off day Monday which means Cotts will be skipped. Ishmookie
isnt wells injured if hes not that could be the record for fattest pitching matchup ever!
YASNY
Those are 3 games of great pitching matchups. Very possibly a playoff preview as well. Ok, folks, this is what it's all about. Great pitchers in big games, late in the season. It should be interesting. Go Get 'Em Sox!
southsider2k5
I believe JM said during the postgame that Cotts will pitch game three. You have got to be kidding me? Why wouldn't you save Cotts for the Tigers and give him a good chance at a win and somemore confidence???
Texsox
You have got to be kidding me? Why wouldn't you save Cotts for the Tigers and give him a good chance at a win and somemore confidence??? One possible reason is Buerhle vs. the Tigers is as close to a guaranteed win as you'd find in MLB. A win is a win and taking a chance with Neal vs. the Yankees may be a good strategy. I'll bet he wants to pitch against them in Yankee Stadium.

We have lsot to the Tigers six times and twice by scores of 1-0 nothing is guaranteed with this tem.
SoxFan1
The Sun-Times said that JM is starting Cotts instead of Buehrle because Buehrle had a tough time warming up in the pen before the game started against Texas. E-Lo vs Rocket is gonna be an awesome game!
