caulfield12
Jermaine Dye...isn't that how he broke his tibia/fibia in 2004, fouling a ball of his lower leg without wearing any protection there? Edited July 31, 2013 by caulfield12

Baron
Hey if they didnt want to risk injury then they didnt need to put him in the lineup. May have paid the price right there.
caulfield12
5 runs for the White Sox in the last four? Really? I guess beating 3.5 runs per game counts as a minor miracle. Dunn struck out seemingly three times there by Hill, but gets the benefit of the doubt due to his history of plate discipline before putting on a White Sox uniform, lol. caulfield12
Veal with his 11 walks in 14 IP enters the game. Biggest disappointment? Blue Jays or Nationals? Angels? Match-up LH who can't get lefties out to hold the lead. .387 average by lefties against Donnie this year, lol. Indians' announcers just PR'ed that Gordon is a Gold Glove caliber 2B. (Good job, Hawkeroo!) If the offense and defense aren't already nightmares, we can undoubtedly add bullpen rebuilding woes to the off-season list of debate topics, haha. caulfield12
QUOTE (Jake @ Jul 30, 2013 -> 07:34 PM) Semien 3-3, 2B, HR unreal He would be guaranteed to hit like Josh Phegley/Tyler Flowers for us. But call him up anyway, trade Ramirez and move Beckham if he's not traded to KC, lol. Who cares, anymore? Rienzo...all three of his runs were unearned, by the way. Kalapse
I like how since Hawk criticizes umpires so frequently and fervently that when a play on the field involves an umpire and he was in no way at fault Hawk has to go out of his way to let us know. caulfield12
This seems familiar from Veal this year. Maybe Lindstrom can blow out his shoulder or elbow here, lol. Giambi pulled??? Why??? Veal's giving up a .387 average against lefties, why would you want to PH Raburn against Lindstrom or POSSIBLY Reed (since Ventura will probably start giving him multiple inning closing opportunities, lol)??? WHAT? Edited July 31, 2013 by caulfield12
Jake
Because everyone knows that Veal has a much better chance getting a lefty out, regardless of what 13 innings of splits say. Jesus, have some common sense

caulfield12
Lindstrom's trade value has reached its zenith, lol. There's the answer to the previous question. Hanging slider from Lindstrom. Raburn is going to come back to haunt the Tigers, seemingly. HAHAHAHA. First Rios, now Lindstrom...the Ramirez error, comedy central.
