I would imagine so, but was wondering the same thing. Our 40 man is wide open anyways. 36 with Leesman now by my count. The new rule just allows the active roster to expand from 25 to 26 for a DH. It doesn't change the fact that anybody on the active roster must still be on the 40-man roster, though with only 35 there now, it's not a problem.
