2nd_city_saint787
Sigh, my team has averaged close to 200 pts the last 3 weeks, and now when it matters, I get 140. I, and 91% of yahoo fantasy owners had no clue Vernon Davis was gonna sit out. Had Gresham and the points exactly that I needed to win just chillin on the bench. A damn 7-6 team that scored 220 less points than I did won it all. Edited December 24, 2013 by scs787
SoxAce
QUOTE (dasox24 @ Dec 23, 2013 -> 10:37 PM) Holy s***. Scratch that. I can't believe that just happened. I turned off the game. What happened?
dasox24
QUOTE (SoxAce @ Dec 23, 2013 -> 11:08 PM) I turned off the game. What happened? Atlanta got the on-side kick, drove down the field, and then Matty Ice threw a pick 6 with 1 minute left.
SoxFan1
I finished 3rd in all three of my leagues. I still don't know how I feel.
Jake
I was down 6 points with Vernon Davis as my only remaining player.
dasox24
QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ Dec 24, 2013 -> 12:20 AM) I finished 3rd in all three of my leagues. I still don't know how I feel. If you won any money, I'd say you're feeling pretty good. If not, then at least you can have pride in how you finished.
dasox24
QUOTE (Jake @ Dec 24, 2013 -> 11:33 PM) I was down 6 points with Vernon Davis as my only remaining player. That hurts. I definitely did not see him getting shut out. I expected a big game against the awful Falcons defense. WilliamTell
I'm doing this playoff fantasy challenge thing. It's quite unusual, at least I've never heard of it. You have to pick 1 player from each playoff team, 12 players altogether. You get 2 QB's 3 RB's 4 WR's 1 TE 1 K 1 Defense. So obviously there's a lot of strategy involved, meaning you probably want your kicker and defense done after 1 game and your quarterbacks to go 3, heck maybe 4 games. And theoretically people could have the exact same team. I've backed myself into a corner, I can't decide who to take as my 4th WR. Keenan Allen or T.Y. Hilton. I think Allen will do better against Cincinnati and I'm leaning towards him, but that means my kicker would have to be Adam Vinatieri. And I think Indianapolis has a much better chance of winning compared to San Diego. It's either Hilton WR (IND)/ Novak K (SD) or Allen WR (SD)/ Vinatiera K (IND) This what I'm leaning towards right now. QB T. Brady QB C. Kaepernick RB M. Lynch RB L. McCoy RB J. Charles WR D. Thomas WR A.J. Green WR J. Nelson WR K. Allen TE J. Graham K A. Vinatieri Def Carolina
