Way too often there's stretches where we can't score and the opponent goes on insurmountable runs. I liked the way they competed, especially on the defensive end. Just terrible defense by KSU and a sweet stroke by that Texas player to win the game with under 2 seconds left. I gotta give Bruce props, I would've figured his team had a 0% chance of being ranked this season after the first few weeks of the season. That roster this year looked absolutely horrendous but they will probably be dancing barring a big collapse. It sucks to see we likely won't be with a much better roster but neither here nor there. I don't really care how much success he has at KSU. He just couldn't cut it at illinois. Well this year our roster is pretty bad, just way too much turnover to have a real legitimate chance to compete (and none of the freshmen are stepping up to be big time contributors at this point).
