Rowand44
QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Feb 15, 2014 -> 09:22 PM) Not happening. That game was a f***ing abortion. At least we get a high draft pick. I've been told Southern Utah is leaning Cliff Alexander over Okafor. Stay tuned.
IlliniKrush
QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Feb 15, 2014 -> 08:53 PM) Thankfully Groce is recruiting players that actually have basketball skill. Next year will tell me if he is the right guy for the job as Hill and Nunn should both make big jumps and the 3 transfers are all proven solid college players that actually have basketball skill. This team is just remarkably lacking in guys who can actually shoot, dribble and pass. Correct. I'm fairly confident this team pulls a 6 or 7 seed next year. I know it seems ridiculous right now but what you mentioned is the reasoning behind it.
LittleHurt05
39 points? Wow. And to think in late December I actually thought about driving down to Champaign for tonight's game. Instead I watched the Olympics at home, good call on my part. I give Groce a pass on this year, tourney bid or bust next spring.

Willard Decker
Julius Randle- 25 points (6-7 FG; 13-14 FT), 13 rebounds- just ran over Ole' Miss. As inconsistent and disappointing as Kentucky has been, I wouldn't want to play them in March. --Captain Decker
Rowand44
Pretty ugly game for the Salukis but Beane just carried them to a double digit win. I'm really hoping we can grab either the 3 or the 6 seed for Arch Madness. At the moment, I like our chances against anyone in this crappy league on a neutral court besides the Shockers.
