If you are in an MLB/MiLB-wide fantasy league with smallish rosters, virtually any prospect outside the top 5 in any given system is a "sleeper". Especially in a relatively thin Sox system, anyone beyond 5-ish is probably off the radar for anyone in your league. But this does give me another thread idea... I know there are a few pitchers in the Sox organization curious who exactly those are.
