Steverson should bring Beckham in for a week and start making the necessary changes, the final changes, to his stance/approach. If we are going to keep Beckham, this is his last chance at becoming a productive hitter in a Sox uniform. If Beckham doesn't want to work with him ... that's a bad sign.

I don't think "Changing his approach and stance" for Beckham is the problem any more.
