Gourriel is already going to be 30 years old in June. Yeah, I would only take Gourriel on a 3 year deal (maybe options for Year 4) to replace Alexei when the right time comes along. The problem is that he's an "All In/Win Now" type of acquisition that we're 1-2 years away from needing or adding.
