Fiona's a Gallagher. I think that's what we're learning. She's slowly descending, because she's a complete f***up at heart.

100 percent. The thing that makes Lip different is that he is a genius, so he is seeing that he can get out and trying to.

That was the history of the Catholic Church.

That was last week (the first episode), and I thought that was mostly a history lesson.

This week, Neil deGrasse Tyson basically called anyone who believes in a God a fool. He went so far as to say people who believe in God do so because we dont want to think we might be related to monkeys who throw poop. (literally, he almost used those exact words)

I missed that one. He has always had that tone towards religion in the other shows he has been in as well.

Does anyone watch Agents of SHIELD?

My list right now is Scandal, House of Cards, Shameless, Person of Interest, Elementary, both NCIS shows, CSI, The Blacklist...tried to start watching Hannibal but can't really get into that one. Maybe I can't picture anyone else but Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecter, especially a former James Bond villain from Casino Royale.

Crazy. That is about the last guy I would have expected to be involved in a series like that.

He's good friends with Carl Sagan's widow, and they've been working for quite a while to do this. He said he wanted to do something worthwhile with some of his disposable income.

The last couple of minutes of HIMYM were worth it for no other reason than to see what happened to some bit characters.

Just going through the motions at this point, only two weeks left.

I understand why some people gave up on it early but I'm glad I stuck it out. To me, the show got good and I hope for a second season.

I don't know how many people have been watching since the beginning but Person of Interest and their overarching plotlines have been wonderfully written and executed.

To me this is the best serial show on tv.......

It's definitely the best procedural type show on TV, for the reasons you mentioned.

Justified...awesome. For my money, Walton Goggins is the best actor in television right now.

Person of Interest in one of my favorite shows on TV. All of the characters are solid and there is generally never a dull moment.

In case anyone doesn't get the reference, Carl Sagan wrote and starred in the original Cosmos back in the 1980's. Per the wiki, it's the most widely watched PBS show ever produced. Sort of surprised that ss2k5 had never heard of it before.

I vaguely remember the original. I was really little when it came out. When the talk about the show started, I didn't realize this was a reboot of it.
