JPN366
QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Mar 20, 2015 -> 04:28 PM) Come on now, this is music discussion, not rip on someone for liking something you don't. I know, I'm just expressing shock.
StrangeSox
QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Mar 20, 2015 -> 08:31 AM) This new non-bluegrass, electronica, we want to be U2 or Coldplay Mumford & Sons " " song sucks huge ass. If the whole album is going to suck like this, I'm going to be very sad.
The Critic
Got tickets for Smashing Pumpkins and Marilyn Manson in August. My wife really wants to see The William, and I am not against the idea. Hope the time machine is included in the ticket price.
Brian
Still a Manson fan but I've soured on Corgan. Isn't he coming off as just a miserable ass recently?
LDF
i just listen to an album from a tv actor, made in the 60's. thing is this was not a actor making a horrible album. this actor is a classical train musician and singer. the album is a jazz infuse, the best song is a song being copied by others it is call "the edge" the actor is David McCallum, also known as Ducky from ncis. juddling
Took my kid to her first concert last weekend. Alex & Sierra opened for Andy Grammer. (there was another group opening who's name escapes me) . We had a great time at the House of Blues for the show.....about three songs into the main set she looked back at me with a huge grin and said "Dad....this is AWESOME"

ChiliIrishHammock24
New Ludacris CD came out. Has a few really good songs on it, but about half of it is "meh".
Jose Abreu
QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Apr 4, 2015 -> 12:39 PM) New Ludacris CD came out. Has a few really good songs on it, but about half of it is "meh". That's ludicrous.
The Critic
QUOTE (Brian @ Apr 4, 2015 -> 07:19 AM) Still a Manson fan but I've soured on Corgan. Isn't he coming off as just a miserable ass recently? He seems kind of the same as always to me. Billy has always been a whiny, bitter ass one minute and likable the next. I think he's just a moody guy and it depends on which Billy you get that day. I've never been a big enough fan to think about seeing Manson, but it should be a fun show.
Brian
QUOTE (The Critic @ Apr 5, 2015 -> 06:21 AM) I've never been a big enough fan to think about seeing Manson, but it should be a fun show. I haven't listened to his newest album yet. I don't think I would fit in at his concerts though. Maybe I'm stereotyping.
The Critic
QUOTE (Brian @ Apr 5, 2015 -> 06:41 AM) I haven't listened to his newest album yet. I don't think I would fit in at his concerts though. Maybe I'm stereotyping. If it was a club show, I might feel that way, but an outdoor show in early August? The makeup will be running off the goth kids' faces big-time! Dick Allen
QUOTE (The Critic @ Apr 5, 2015 -> 06:21 AM) He seems kind of the same as always to me. Billy has always been a whiny, bitter ass one minute and likable the next. I think he's just a moody guy and it depends on which Billy you get that day. I've never been a big enough fan to think about seeing Manson, but it should be a fun show. My cousin used to own a house next to Billy close to Wrigley Field about 15 or 20 years ago. Billy is a little more normal in real life. I think he puts on a little act when the cameras and microphones are on.

MEANS
Well it wasn't related to the show, everyone knew he was going and this would be his last show, I think it was from a previous arrest on a drug charge.
