Jake Posted September 15, 2014 Share Posted September 15, 2014 (edited) SF kept giving us penalties and it felt like we weren't doing anything ourselves...and then the O really hit its stride after a penalty in the first drive of the second half and we were unstoppable from there onward. Great showing by the D as well. He had to made plenty of adjustments in this one, and he was patient and didn't force anything in the second half. The D and the ref played a role as well of course. Biggest comeback since that crazy game against Arizona in 2006. I think it's one of the best Bears comebacks I've ever seen (I've been watching since ~2000). The change in the game from the first to the second half was so drastic. We couldn't buy a first down in the first half. We barely had an incomplete pass in the second half. Absolutely amazing adjustments by Trestman at the half, although he deserved to get blasted for the play calling in the first half. Losing Peanut will hurt, but Fuller looks to be pretty damn good.
